 I founded CENTURY 21 ProLink on the principal of making the real estate buying and selling experience as convenient, stress-free, and efficient as possible.  With that in mind, every aspect of CENTURY 21 ProLink has been designed with one thing in mind:  The Client.  

As an active member in the Siouxland real estate market since January 2001, my expertise is in assisting business owners as they buy or sell property and leasing options for commercial tenants and landlords.  Over the years, I became one of the area’s top producing commercial agents until I decided to focus on my own commercial real estate development company, Kelly Property Advisors.  With this company, I have worked on office complex renovations, parcel assemblage, bare ground development and residential rehabilitation projects.  This new business venture allows me to bring all of my real estate services under one roof.
